It is a very large river leading on to the ocean. A must see park for fishermen, great for families with children's play ground and bbqs. This reserve also has kiosk plus a fish and chip shop. Plenty of parking

If you start from Pelican Park and follow the footpath too Reddall Reserve East it's a nice easy walk. It wasn't busy although it was raining all morning.

Too popular!overfished and creatures taken illegally .visitors erect their own tents etc over supplied covered shelters and stay all day.beautiful if you can handle the crowds.

Lovely place to go for a walk with family and friends. It has a paved shared cycle/walk way. Kiosk for snacks and a cuppa. Also BBQs under cover.

Great place for parties, a casual stroll, public holiday picnics, events (ie Oz day breakfast, carols by candlelight ) absolutely anything you can think of... but be prepared it gets busy, but in saying that you have a huge stretch of area to choose from all with access to the water, a bike path, a few parks a kiosk and peps (the best fish and chip shop in the Illawarra). Every now and then The dolphins even come in close to say hello
