We had a great time there. Food was excellent. Pricing was a bit high. Service and staff were excellent. We started with cake cause dinner was being served at 5:30 so had to wait a bit. We ordered the meat platter, it was excellent. Good portions and great meat. The lamb was excellent. The chicken was cooked well. Food came quite quick. We got mash on the side and that was also perfect. The Bachata Italian cheese thingo was not the best, it was served with 2 slices of thin bread, was surprisingly cold. The only thing that hurt me was paying an absurd $10 for a glass of apple juice for a kid (not freshly squeezed or anything). Other than the pricing, the place itself is fit out good too. I was satisfied overall. Look to spend about $80-100 a head
Dinned here on a Sunday morning for brunch. I left here disappointed. I ate the morning greco and my wife at the Dukkah stack. My meal was bland and small. My wifes meal was too sweet. The fit out was nice and i would come back and try the burger as I saw othe patrons eating it
Absolutely delicious, friendly staff, good service despite it being so busy! The salad was phenomenal! Partner loved the chicken burger also. $71 for the 3 dishes! Can’t wait to come back.
Was excited to try this cafe, saw a lot of good reviews and was eager to see what was on offer. Upon entry the dining area was relatively full, we waited to be seated and no-one came. We were left standing for quite some time. After a while a surly gentlemen came out and appeared irritated we were taking up his time 🤷♀️. He showed us to the table and handed us some menus. The service was below par and the food was disappointing. We ordered the ironwood grande, while presented nicely, the sausage tasted rubbery, the toast was so hard, just trying to cut it would knock other items off the plate. The mushrooms were tasty but a bit on the dry side. It really felt like the food had been reheated and served. We also ordered a smoked salmon omelette while presented beautifully looked dry, the salmon pieces looked dull and didn't look appealing. When we left to pay the server was a lot friendlier pity she wasn’t the one who greeted us when we arrived. The best part? The view
19th January 25 - We booked a lunch at this cafe and upon arriving, I was glad to have booked as it was such a busy place - clearly popular amongst the locals. Very vibrant and bright atmosphere with some amazing looking pastries and desserts greeting you beyond their windows as you walk in. The aroma of the food was already enticing. I ordered the fish tacos and my wife ordered the club sandwich and we were both very impressed with the food. Not only well presented but very fresh and tasty. In fact, I would have to say they were the tastiest and freshest fish tacos I have had. Even the tortilla wrap tasted as if it was just freshly made on premises. The coffee was a great brew as well. Although this cafe is not close to us, if we are ever out this way again - we would make the visit for another taste of that wonderful food. On a side note, across the road in the park is a view of the Sydney Harbour which was nice to view as well.
