Gosling Park is a well-regarded dog-friendly park in Greenacre where dogs are welcome on lead. You'll find parking nearby.
Dogs are welcome on-leash at Gosling Park, a Canterbury-Bankstown Council park. Under the NSW Companion Animals Act 1998, dogs must be kept on a lead and under the effective control of a competent person, and are prohibited within 10 metres of children's play equipment and food preparation areas. Off-leash exercise is permitted only in Council's designated off-leash areas.
Gosling is a nice to place to have a weekend barbecue and take the children to play on the playground equipment. The park also has on site parking which is great for none local residents to visit. But I believe Canterbury-Bankstown council should upgrade the existing equipment to include a gym set of equipment and consider creating a dog play for the local residents
Great park to play soccer or use open field. While the kids enjoy playing on the fitness or play equipment. This is our go-to Park in our street when the kids want to have a play. Available parking, except when there is a soccer match (small fence has been damaged and needs repair asap).
We check council regulations, official sources, and community reviews to verify dog access at every venue. Access may change — always check on-site signage. Something wrong or missing? Submit feedback. How it works.
