Dog rules

Canterbury-Bankstown City Council's "Pet-friendly parks and reserves" page states: "please remember to keep your dog on a leash unless the reserve is classified as a 'dog off-leash area'." The council's "Animals and pets" page summarises this as: "Keeping your dog on a leash, unless in a designated off-leash area." This venue is not on Canterbury-Bankstown's published off-leash list, so the council's general on-leash rule applies under the NSW Companion Animals Act 1998. Gosling is a nice to place to have a weekend barbecue and take the children to play on the playground equipment. The park also has on site parking which is great for none local residents to visit. But I believe Canterbury-Bankstown council should upgrade the existing equipment to include a gym set of equipment and consider creating a dog play for the local residents

Great park to play soccer or use open field. While the kids enjoy playing on the fitness or play equipment. This is our go-to Park in our street when the kids want to have a play. Available parking, except when there is a soccer match (small fence has been damaged and needs repair asap).
