Dog rules

Canterbury-Bankstown City Council's "Pet-friendly parks and reserves" page states: "please remember to keep your dog on a leash unless the reserve is classified as a 'dog off-leash area'." The council's "Animals and pets" page summarises this as: "Keeping your dog on a leash, unless in a designated off-leash area." This venue is not on Canterbury-Bankstown's published off-leash list, so the council's general on-leash rule applies under the NSW Companion Animals Act 1998. Located in the serene streets of the Earlwood suburb, this charming park offers a peaceful refuge for locals and visitors alike. Lush greenery and vibrant flowering plants create an inviting atmosphere, perfect for leisurely strolls or quiet contemplation. The park serves as a delightful gateway, seamlessly connecting you to the picturesque Wolli Creek suburb, where you can explore scenic walking trails and enjoy the calming sounds of nature.

This is the other Albert Park (no motorbikes). This is a (small) park where you can take children, and probably loose them as they scatter into the surrounding bush. So parents: be on your watch.
