’ve been coming to Billy’s Café in Belmore for a while now, and it never disappoints. They use Toby’s Estate as their preferred coffee, and with a consistently skilled barista on board, the coffee is always smooth and top quality. I’m a massive fan of their croissants—especially the pistachio and the plain—and they’re also well known for their bagels, which come in great flavours, including one with za’atar that’s a standout. The service is fantastic, the atmosphere is relaxed, and the music adds a really nice vibe. Highly recommend. 5 stars from me.

Absolutely loved this café! The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, and the staff went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. The coffee was rich and smooth, and the food was fresh, beautifully presented, and full of flavour. It’s clear they care about quality and customer experience. A perfect spot to relax, catch up with friends, or get some work done. Can’t wait to come back!

Disappointing Experience: Overpriced and Underwhelming Unfortunately, my visits here have been disappointing. While I had hoped for a pleasant experience, neither the drinks nor the food lived up to expectations. The drinks were particularly underwhelming. The matcha, in particular, was a significant letdown. For its small portion, it felt overpriced and was surprisingly bland, tasting mostly of milk and water with little to no matcha flavor. The ambiance also left much to be desired. On my second visit, I endured a 30-minute wait for a sandwich that ultimately proved to be unimpressive and bland. Considering the small portion sizes, everything felt really expensive, making both visits feel like a waste of time and money. I do not recommend it .

I got the Billy’s brekky (everything) Bagel it was amazing. I’ve been coming here for a while now and I can honestly say everything I’ve ordered here has been amazing and consistent. The Aćai here is my favourite in Sydney and I’ve tried a few places, but I always come back to Billy’s. And you have to try the cookies there are to die for. The staff are always so friendly, welcoming and helpful.
