Primary Coffee Potts Point

We happened to be walking through this leafy suburb in Sydney and what initially drew me into this cafe was the exterior busking facade. Decided to give it a go the next day after locating it on Google Maps. It’s worth noting that the sign on the building was the old business that’s no longer operating. My pain au chocolat was delicious, as well as my oat latte, smooth and velvety. Nice to see that they’re dog friendly as well.

Chill and cozy local coffee shop. Coffee beans are roasted in-house and has merchants including clothes and beens. The cardigan looks cool. Good value for regular dine in cup. Today’s batch brew is nice with bright acidity. Offers both indoor and outdoor seating. Good for small groups from one to three or four people.

Such a great little coffee spot in Potts Point. The coffee is excellent and always well made, and the team there are genuinely friendly. It has a really nice local feel, perfect for a quick coffee or a slow morning. Definitely recommend.

This is by far the best coffee shop in Potts Point. Having tried a few other places, there's nowhere as good as Primary. The drinks are delicious (we love the mocha and hot chocolate), affordable and the staff are always so welcoming. My partner and I love coming here and wouldn't go anywhere else. There's a lovely seating area outside too. It's busy and popular for a reason - these guys really know their coffee!

Amazing coffee, amazing cookies, amazing staff — honestly, nothing more needs to be said. They keep it simple with a short, straightforward coffee menu, so you know you’re getting the real deal without any unnecessary fuss. Out of all the places I’ve tried in Sydney, this is easily one of my favorite coffee spots. The staff are super friendly and welcoming A must visit for anyone who loves great coffee and good vibes!
