Taco + Vino is a neighbourhood taqueria and wine bar in Potts Point, serving Mexico City-style gaonera tacos built on quality ingredients alongside seasonal small plates. The rotating wine list favours independent producers and natural, easy-drinking bottles. The atmosphere is relaxed and stylish, the kind of place for tacos and margaritas with friends. Dogs are welcome in the outdoor seating area. Reviewers single out the gaonera wagyu taco, the octopus, and the birria as standouts.

This place is the bomb! My new favourite. Loved the atmosphere and decor. Food was delicious and interesting. Not your standard Mexican that we’ve all done a thousand times before. My favs were the gaonera wagyu taco and oysters. Highly recommend!

Taco Vino is an absolute gem. The food is fresh, full of flavour, and beautifully presented. The tacos are creative, perfectly balanced, and made with high-quality ingredients. The wine selection is excellent and pairs wonderfully with the menu. The atmosphere is relaxed, stylish, and welcoming, while the service is friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable. Whether you’re stopping by for a casual meal or a special occasion, Taco Vino delivers a fantastic experience. Highly recommended!

Top spot! Pretty chill, the service was great, and the food was delicious. You have to realise it’s a casual place, the sort of place to go for some tacos and margaritas with friends and have a good time!

Sadly I have to say that we felt the tacos were really overpriced for what they are. We ordered the rib-eye taco for $15 and it was just a corn tortilla with two slices of beef on top, no garnish, no cheese, just some salt, nothing else. If you're paying $15 or even $17 for more superior quality beef, you expect much more than that. The waiter was really lovely and made a big effort to make the meal really enjoyable but sadly I wouldn't return
