Apollo Espresso

My Fiance and I come here almost every Sunday because it’s such a beautiful and great local cafe. Located in a spot you wouldn’t expect, Apollo offers great coffee, easy and simple menu, an aesthetic cafe and most importantly beautiful staff. Easy parking as there is public parking near by, and street parking. Highly recommend the Turkish eggs, chilli eggs and pancakes

i come here frequently to read, journal and catch up with family. the food, drinks and service NEVER disappoints. their strawberry matcha is perfect, not overly sweet. and i reccomend their pistachio pancakes!!

I LOVE Apollo omg. It's my favourite cafe. The Turkish eggs are the best thing I've ever eaten and I crave them all the time. The staff are all so super lovely and make me feel so welcome too!! 10/10 could not recommend enough !!!!

A pleasant and cute little coffee spot, perfect for basking in the sun on a Sunday morning! The staff were friendly, attentive and quick. We tried the Eggs Benny and the Classic Pancakes and we were pleasantly surprised. The food was great quality and you could tell it was fresh, we also left feeling satisfied with our meals and not overly full or greasy like some cafes leave you feeling. Truly a hidden gem in Blacktown, definitely try it out.

It’s a lovely cute cafe! Food was delicious & the OJ was fresh!! Wish it had more dining space but glad we went early in the morning. Banana bread was fresh too!
