Frank Flores Park is a dog-friendly park in Dean Park. Just 450m away, Plumpton Hotel is a nearby spot to stop in after your walk.

Dog rules

Dogs are welcome on-leash at Frank Flores Park, a Blacktown City Council park. Under the NSW Companion Animals Act 1998, dogs must be kept on a lead and under effective control, and are prohibited within 10 metres of children's play equipment and food preparation areas. Off-leash exercise is permitted only in Council's designated off-leash areas.

Luscious green park with a small playground that rounds out the natural composition of Dean Park. Fences and equipment were very clean during this visit.
