Mount Druitt Park is a well-regarded dog-friendly park where dogs are welcome on lead. You'll find drinking water, BBQs, parking, and toilets nearby, while Village Hotel is around 250 metres away for an easy post-walk drink.

Dog rules

Dogs are welcome on-leash at Mount Druitt Park, a Blacktown City Council park. Under the NSW Companion Animals Act 1998, dogs must be kept on a lead and under effective control, and are prohibited within 10 metres of children's play equipment and food preparation areas. Off-leash exercise is permitted only in Council's designated off-leash areas.

This is one of the biggest parks around this area. One of the good ones for cycling, general walking, or just strolling with friends and families. The area has a cricket ground. It does have kids playing area and tennis court - which can be used for indoor cricket, football and volleyball, and other activities :). There are at least 3 water bubbler available to quench your thurst. The parks attract lots of local birds, and there were plenty of birds nest on these beautiful trees during springtime. The #blacktown Council is doing a fantastic job maintaining this park. Like the night lights for the game. It is a good place for all ages. Toilets are available but we usually find them closed. One good thing we usually miss there is more picnic huts and bbq areas. There are plenty of places which can be utilised to attract more locals to have quality time. 👌 Enjoy all

We loved it. Clean and safe. Great walking and bike trails. Only downside is abundant toilet facilities in the parking lot. This park can be one of best around. Just needs a revamped amenities.

Plenty of open space in these network of parks, with a sizeable playground and sunshine all around, it's a nice serene and peaceful area to hangout in. Great for walking your dog and various parking areas nearby, mostly street side.
