Great experience at Soulte. The staff was great and the service was quick. Amazing coffee! The items we ordered were fresh, made with quality ingredients and delicious. The fish burger was incredible and one of the best I have had. The cookies were delicious! Highly recommend the cafe and I’ll be back!

We had a very wonderful experience yesterday at Soulte Michinbury! Every pastry we tried was incredibly tasty and freshly baked with so much care. Each bite was full of flavour, but the red velvet cookie & croissant with choco on top and some green fillings inside totally stole my heart. They’re soft, rich, and honestly tasted heavenly, not that sweet. Tried the purple shake and it was so good-creamy, smooth & perfectly sweet with rich flavour. Very refreshing! The staff were also amazing- very friendly, welcoming, and really looked after us while we were dining, which made the whole experience even better. Thank you Steffi and chef Alfie. You’re the best!! Overall, the food was fantastic and the whole experience was really awesome. It’s worth the travel! Highly recommend and will definitely be coming back! See you soon Soulte😋🤤

I was attending a family gathering and wanted to bring some pastries. The night before, I was recommended Soulte, and I’m so grateful for that suggestion. Despite the very short notice, the team at Soulte were incredibly kind and accommodating, and they made everything happen seamlessly. The pastries were lovely and delicious, and appreciated by everyone. Their empathy and professionalism really stood out during a difficult time. Thank you Gemma and Rishesh!

It's taken a while for us to try out this local place. The service was friendly. The table was not clean when we arrived to sit down. We probably waited 20 minutes for the food to arrive, which wasn't bad but it wasn't busy so I'd be curious to know the wait times are on a busy day. The food we ordered was the Soulte Stack and the King Philly. The Soulte Stack was great, nice and fresh foccacia, the fillings were generous but a little more cheese would have made it better. Unfortunately the King Philly was a let down. It was very soggy and missing flavour. I wouldn't order that one again. I think a bit of salt and pepper would help with the flavour. Overall, we would come back to try the other things on the menu and give it another go.
