Civic Avenue Reserve is a dog-friendly park in Kogarah with an off-leash area where dogs can roam freely.
Dog rules
Off-leash dog exercise area. Please check signs at the site for specific times and other regulations. Dogs must be kept under control and supervised at all times. Dogs are prohibited within 10 metres of playgrounds and play equipment.
