The Kitchen by Mike's Grill

I have been to Mike's Grill for lunch multiple times in the past 12 months with friends. I have found the service to be faultless, all the staff helpful greeting you with a smile and nothing is too much to ask for. Even at peak times the staff are cool under pressure. The food is tasty generous portions well presented and reasonably priced. I definitely recommed Mike's Grill. I would like to make a special mention about Mary who has been there on all the Sundays I have visited. Mary is the super person who takes the food orders. Always friendly courteous and with a smile!

Solid place for special occasion lunch or dinner to celebrate seniors. The menu is extensive and includes all the bistro favourites. The surf and turf creamy garlic sauce was fab. The chicken curry in the seniors menu was also a really good dish. Food comes out pretty quick as well.

I had such a great time at Mike’s Grill in Ramsgate. The food was absolutely delicious, but what really stood out was the service. Smit was incredibly friendly and welcoming, and the older blonde lady with the short hair was just as lovely and helpful, even though I didn’t catch her name. They both made us feel so comfortable, and between the great food and the warm service, it’s definitely a place I’ll be coming back to.

They used to be much better… the most recent visit was really disappointing. Their portions have shrunk a lot while the prices keep going up. We used to always get the seafood pasta and it used to be a generous serving but now it’s barely enough for two toddlers… Their coffee is also not good and the chips were not fresh at all this time.

Good food, good size meals. I had the steak and prawns and had some of my wife’s Schnitzel, both were was good tasting meat was well done , I ordered medium, this was really the only fault. Service is good but you have to order from the counter, sometimes can get difficult when your in a large group. Atmosphere is relaxing and a good vibe. Great place for functions.
