King Park is a local park at Wakeley with toilets and parking, and a designated off-leash section. Dogs are allowed off-leash in the marked section under effective control, so it is worth checking the on-site signage for the boundaries. It is a handy spot for a run close to home. A simple off-leash park for locals.

Dog rules

Off-leash area available, with amenities and cricket facilities. Dogs must be under the effective control of a competent person at all times (maximum 4 dogs per person). Dogs must be on a lead when outside the designated off-leash area. Dog owners must dispose of dog droppings in the bins provided. Dogs declared menacing, dangerous, or a restricted breed are prohibited in off-leash areas.
