Stead Reserve
Stead Reserve is a dog-friendly park in Kiama where dogs are welcome on lead. Fillmore’s is around 850 metres away for an easy post-walk coffee. Some conditions apply, so it's worth checking the rules before you visit.
Dog rules
Dogs are permitted on-leash on the footpaths around the outside perimeter of this park only. Dogs are not permitted in park interiors. Dogs are also prohibited — on or off leash — within 10 metres of children's playground equipment, within 10 metres of public barbeques and kiosks, on sports fields, ovals and courts during organised sport, and in public bathing areas. Kiama's designated off-leash areas are listed on the council's off-leash areas page.

What people say
Beautiful little park next to the tennis courts. Named after the Stead family who have a long standing family history in Kiama. Norma to this day is still the Care taker at the nearby tennis court. The courts were moved from the main park in town many years ago and Norma came along with them.
