Unbelievable .. I was accused of abusing the staff and informed to never return ..... My request to speak with the owner with regards to the harrassment I endured was completely disregarded...... Unfortunately for them my recording device has the minutes of all of my encounters with all the places, businesses and establishments I visit .... more importantly ... my interactions..... The feedback I have received from my colleagues after revewing the actions of staff including management confirms my conclusion... CONTROL .... they got upset because I complied with all the mandatory condition requirements whilst maintaining my rights ... refusing to remove my PPE upon their DEMANDS ... Their illegal practices are inexcusable,..... and if they want to try and flip the script .... all I can say is goodluck, go for it by all means and... 🕵️‍♂️🤳.... thankyou. Other places I visit do not have any issues ... (minutes recorded) ..... Consistently, i am greeted by name and treated with dignity and respect ... It's not my loss, it's the owners .... Overall, i wish them well... and thankyou ....I do hope they sort out their control issues ....

Visited this local pub and was truly impressed. The service was exceptional from start to finish—friendly greetings, fast ordering. The team clearly takes pride in creating a positive experience for guests. Great drinks, great vibe, and even better service. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a quality local spot.

If you are playing machine just be careful, need to rush to another machine as staff will ask you to leave. They don't give much chance. Absolutely hopeless management system. I can understand if someone new came in and didn't played the machine. That person can be asked to leave.

Disappointed from the actions initiated unnecessarily by a staff member. She took it upon herself to disrupt my leisure time by attempting to enforce an ambiguous policy regarding my attire including MY PPE. She stated that I had to remove either MY CLOTHING or MY PROTECTION. I refused, although she knows who I am, I had stated to her the obvious ..that I am a regular. She was aware that she was condoning an unlawful and an unethical practice to which she had alerted the manager. By unnecessarily applying stand over tactics the staff member including manager had applied the narrative and the mannerisms used when speaking to an adolescent. The staff member proceeded to suggest that her approach towards me was respectful...... To be clear...... Her unlawful & illegal character profiling inclusive of disruption and hostility......in her mind was being respectful.... Their misconduct including the aforementioned illegal practices will include a report for breaching their obligated agreement under liquor & gaming. This however does not reflect on the rest of the staff.... They have made my visits not only pleasant, their professionalism including conduct leaves me with gratitude also.

We had a fantastic meal here. My crispy skin Barra, potatoes, cherry tomatoes and condiments was restaurant quality. Totally recommend. Nice new surroundings with plenty of comfortable seating. The staff were lovely too. 5 Star!
