⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Absolutely Amazing! La Piazza in Brighton Le Sands is hands down one of the best Italian restaurants I’ve been to. The food is authentic Italian — wow, just wow! Every dish was full of flavour and tasted like it came straight from Italy. Service was very friendly and efficient, even though the chefs were flat out because the whole restaurant was packed. You can tell it’s busy for a reason. Parking is super easy with the newly refurbished “The Brighton” hotel car park right across the road. Totally recommend this place and honestly can’t wait to come back again! 👌🍝🇮🇹

Ordered $42 Scotch Fillet medium rare, comes as medium. Ordered $42 Lamb Cutlets medium, comes as medium well. Not too bad. But the Gravy cost $4 extra & I was not informed beforehand. In comparison, Lamb is better for it’s fattier. Scotch Fillet is completely lean so it’s a bit dry & not as tasty as expected. The sauce for Garden Salad is too sour. Definitely not value for money.

We stopped in to La Piazza for a casual lunch for 2 on the public holiday weekend. I really enjoyed it here. We had a pizza to share + a caprese salad which came with woodfired bread. The staff were attentive, the food was delicious and the price was pretty good too. Stand out dish was the capricciosa pizza YUM.

Oysters were really nice, just a bit small. The pizza was okay (7/10) — not bad, but nothing special. Atmosphere was average and our table felt a bit awkward in the middle of everything (3/5). But the mojito was really bad: they charge normal cocktail prices and then serve a pre-mix. The lime pieces were still full (not squeezed at all), just sitting in the glass with some mint, and it didn’t taste like a mojito at all. The guy who handled the payment was also unfriendly and not professional. The place wasn’t busy, but he only asked which table we were and “card?” — no “how was everything?” or anything like that.

Made a booking for 12 people at La Piazza. They responded promptly to my email inquiry and were so accommodating. It was a surprise birthday dinner for my partner. Atmosphere was so warm, friendly & energetic. The incredible staff made us all feel at home and welcomed. We were spoilt for choice when it came to their menu. The pastas, pizzas, lamb and seafood baskets were all very delicious. Everyone was incredibly happy with their food choices. The friendly staff also accommodated us in having a birthday cake stored and brought out when the time was right. Music played and candles were lit, absolutely perfect. Big thanks to Mario, his wife and to all of the brilliant & hardworking staff at La Piazza! We will definitely be back for more!
