Ordered the schnitzel with pink sauce and salad. The portions are huge for me, and could easily feed two people IMO. The crust was well fried though the meat was a bit dry. I think I wished that there was more interesting elements to the meal because after the first portion, the meal was getting samey. The staff were very friendly and helpful throughout my dine there. The location is great as its 5 mins from the Brighton-Le-Sands Beach.

1st time here. One of the best Hawaiian Pizzas I ever had. My boss thinks it’s a bit salty, but I found it had carefully balanced sweetness/saltiness. I would say “outstanding” because Hawaiian Pizza is an invention rather than traditional. Usually pizza place would randomly throw in some pineapple and ham, resulting in pineapple overpowering the entire pizza. Creamy Mez Penne taste good. My boss finds the penne a bit on the chewy side, I concur & find the chewiness well within the acceptable range, so it would be a personal preference thing. Large Long Black is weaker & smaller than I would normally expect from a coffee shop. My boss had the “Bert Club” brand lemon lime bitter for the 1st time & found that it taste normal and noticeably lack of carbonation. Reply to owner: glad that you are not offended & thanks for pointing out my big fingers caused mishap. (:p) Hopefully it’ll be 5 star’s experience on my next visit. Dec 15, 2025 - pasta cooked softer as we requested. But bolognese tasted bland. It’s like open & pour canned tomato onto the pasta without much seasoning on top. Eastern salad always good. Chicken wings taste good too but very dry. Besides, the menu is a bit misleading… it is not 6 wings. It is 3 wings cut in half therefore ended up into 6 pcs. So it would be reasonable to conclude that salad & pizza are our recommended dishes here.

Came to Haus of Mez on a random Wed night and it was empty. A few takeaway orders came and went but I wasn’t expecting much given the lack of customers. We ordered 4 pizzas and were not disappointed! Great quality!

We ate here on our lunch break after our softplay set up at a nearby venue, and THE FOOD AND SERVICE WAS 100/10! We ordered two pizzas and a pasta and all were so tasty!! We'll definitely be back (even without a set up nearby because it was that good 😚🤌) Customer service was also the best we've had in a while - she was so friendly and bubbly! Highly, highly rate this place ❤️

Absolutely loved our experience at Haus of Mez! The portion sizes were incredibly generous—perfect for sharing, and you definitely get value for money. Every dish we tried was bursting with flavour; the food was fresh, authentic, and absolutely delicious. What really made the visit even more special was the warm, welcoming hospitality. The staff were attentive and friendly, and the owners went out of their way to make us feel at home. Highly recommend for anyone looking for amazing food and a genuinely lovely dining experience!
