I celebrated a milestone 50th birthday at The Good Bar in Brookvale tonight, and it was nothing short of spectacular! From start to finish, the venue exceeded our expectations in every possible way. Nestled in Brookvale’s heart of creativity, The Good Bar is a true gem—an atmospheric cocktail bar by Goodradigbee Distillers. The eclectic warehouse-style layout, comfy seating, and ambient lighting created the perfect, stylish backdrop for an evening of celebration. The bar’s unique offering of botanical gins and hardwood-matured whiskies, alongside a seamless selection of cocktails, wines, and non-alcoholic options, meant there was something to delight every guest. I ordered the mixed cheese and meat platter shown in photo number 1. What they brought out is what you can see in the other two photos. $45… this is a joke. I sent it back and left. The waiters didn't even know what they were doing. Charging $45 for this platter is an absolute joke.

Highly recommend! If you're looking for good spirits, great cocktails and an awesome bar - come here. Perfectly situated between all the Brookvale breweries, The Good Bar offers something a little bit different. The decor, atmosphere and cocktails are spot on. Kid friendly, great service and some awesome drinks too. Try the spirit padels first and foremost, then get stuck into the Adam and Eve or Death in Paradise cocktails. Can't go wrong, this place will only go from strength to strength, so get in quick.
