Maloney's Hotel is a pub in Sydney with an outdoor area. Dog access isn't confirmed, but venues with an outdoor area are often dog friendly, so it may be worth checking. Just 350m away, Belmore Park is a great nearby park for a walk with your dog.
Friendly staff, great vibe. Big open bar. Did not eat but food snelt great. Stone and Wood was $10 odd which for the location and vibe was fine by me. Great service with a smile. Old school furniture ciuld tell some yarns.
I spent $2,500 on the pokies on Tuesday night and was very disappointed with the service. The gaming attendant never smiled, wasn’t friendly, didn’t check on me once if I want a drink. When customers are spending that kind of money, basic hospitality and a welcoming attitude should be expected. It honestly makes me wonder what standards are used when hiring staff with scare face . I felt unappreciated and won’t be returning. I’ll be going to Scurffy Murphy might instead, where the staff are much more friendly and provide better service , No wonder Maloney’s has no patrons playing there.
Good pub. Here with friends to watch the state of origin and their steak night. Unfortunately the steak wasn't good. It lacked flavour. They couldn't cook the steak properly to medium as it was quite rare on the inside. The sauce would cost extra.
Unfortunately my first visit was very disappointing. The food and service was under par. Then I have today had my second visit and ordered the same garlic bread pizza and the Wagyu Rump Steam special. I am delighted to report that it was much much better. The head chef listened to my initial complaint and has made sure this situation was turned around so well done to him
I had the chicken schnitzel with chips and slaw. The coleslaw was lovely as were the chips which appeared to be hand cut and cooked in fresh oil. However the schnitzel which appeared to be made in House was underwhelming as was the gravy which lacked flavour. I sat outside which was very nice but it said there was a QR code where I could order but none was found on the table that I was on and the QR code in the menu just went to the website. My Clarence ginger beer was delicious. My experience was okay but wouldn’t say I’d rush back to eat there again.
We check council regulations, official sources, and community reviews to verify dog access at every venue. Access may change — always check on-site signage. Something wrong or missing? Submit feedback. How it works.
