Hotel Harry

Renovation appears to be done and their grand opening is coming up this week. They really did a great job - it's a very nicely redone lounge and bar. Two floors and a bar both upstairs and downstairs. Food we had was quite good and the staff was really friendly.

First of all you need to have someone on the desk at all times so that the phone is picked up, I left an AirPod in a room and I’ve tried calling three times and still no answer. For a weekend like Mardi Gras you would also think they had checked their hot water system, they hadn’t and we were left with cold water until 3pm the next day. We were served by a bar manager at 11pm when we went to talk about the water as there was no hotel manager insight and was given a drink to “warm things up”. I will not be staying here again especially for that price, it wasn’t worth it.

We had Dinner and Drinks at Harry's Bar. Renovation of this cool location is close to be done, but it does not harm your experience. March was final date for Grand Opening. Service, Drinks, Beers and Pizza were very good.

Fantastic experience from start to finish! The team was super friendly and made us feel so welcome. Service was efficient and cheerful, and the staff really went the extra mile. The food was absolutely delicious; everything was fresh, perfectly cooked, and full of flavour. The whole place had such a warm and inviting atmosphere. Definitely one of the best spots around; can’t wait to come back!
