Nice brunch spot in Chatswood. The atmosphere is really cozy and great for catching up with friends. We ordered the seafood linguini, crab risotto and katsu chicken – all were tasty and well presented. The desserts were also nice and not too sweet. Would come back again.

Really enjoyed this place in Chatswood. The Blue Swimmer Crab Risotto was creamy and full of crab meat, very tasty. The katsu chicken was crispy outside and tender inside. We also tried the pistachio brûlée which was rich and delicious. The space is comfortable and perfect for brunch or catching up with friends. Would come back again!

Great place to have brunch! The place is quite vintage and chill. I like the environment here especially. There’s a bar that seems nice too. Coffee is nice to have for brunch. The food is well made and tastes good.

465 The Avenue is a beautiful place to enjoy the food and drink with friends or family! I highly recommend the Seafood Linguini Pasta because it is so zesty! I love Pistachio Brûlée as it is scrumptious. I also love Avenue Sunrise as it is so refreshing and tasty. I like Strawberry Milkshake because it is so creamy and refreshing! The staff at 465 The Avenue are very friendly and welcoming. I will go there more often.

Absolutely fantastic Western café! The food was beautifully presented and full of flavour, with generous portions and great attention to detail. The atmosphere was warm, modern, and very welcoming—perfect for a relaxed meal or catching up with friends. The staff were friendly, professional, and made us feel genuinely well looked after. Everything from the service to the quality of the dishes exceeded expectations. Highly recommended, and we will definitely be coming back!
