I would like to express my sincere gratitude and appreciation to Elaine and her team at the Milestone Hotel. We reached out to Elaine with short notice (2 hours) to see if she could accommodate approx 100 people for a wake, after our initial booked venue closed early. Elaine couldn’t have been more helpful and understanding. She provided the upstairs room at short notice with staff and access to the kitchen for late meals for our guests. Elaine check several times to ensure the guests were happy and the staff worked their hearts out to make sure everyone was fed and provided for. Elaine you allowed our family and friends to enjoy the rest of our evening in privacy, given the event, and went well above any service I would have expected under the circumstances with late notice etc. Elaine and Milestone team, on behalf of my family and our friends who you looked after, thank you and congratulations on excellent service.

Arrived at 4.40pm purchased a beer & inquired about when meal orders start & I was told 5pm for meal orders. So I ordered my meal at 5pm, not many people in bar area when I ordered my meal at 5pm & I was the first person to order a meal. Come 5.40pm which is 40 minutes after order in my meal, still had not received my meal, so I walked out explaining to the Staff members behind the bar how I’ve been waiting .over 40 minutes for my meal & the staff seemed the LEAST BIT INTERESTED like I was b was a burden, will not visit the Milestone Hotel Dubbo again, any visitors please avoid this pub at all costs

After a 4.5 hour drive from Canberra, pulled into the milestone hotel for lunch and was greeted by friendly staff, a nice cold beer and $15 schnitzel. Absolute no brainer. Food was Delicious. Then went to buy a hat and stubby holder as a souvenir and was told they’re on the house! Definitely recommend a visit if you’re passing by!
