Visited Albion Hotel Parramatta today with my family and had a really good time. The special lunch menu was nice, prices were very reasonable, and the service was great. The staff were friendly and welcoming. During the school holidays, they’re running free kids’ activities. We joined the pizza-making class today, and the kitchen team guided the kids very patiently and in a friendly way. My 5-year-old enjoyed it a lot. Thanks for the lovely experience , really appreciate the Albion Hotel team.🤝

We had the most incredible experience thanks to our amazing waitress, Ruth. Her customer service was honestly outstanding from start to finish. She truly cared for us and went above and beyond what was necessary to make our visit special. It was one of our birthdays and she even arranged for the band to sing for us, which made the moment unforgettable. Ruth took extra care with the kids, made sure we were comfortable the entire time, and nothing was ever too much trouble. Every order arrived perfectly on time and everything was handled with so much warmth and professionalism. The service was unbeatable and truly elevated our whole experience. Thank you, Ruth, for making our visit so memorable and amazing! Would highly recommend and definitely coming back!

I organised my work Christmas party here . The food was sensational from the catering menu. Wonderful attention to detail and amazing service by Judy and her team. The manager Rebecca was amazing, she helped our group of 31 move indoors to the air conditioning as it was 42 degrees outside. Rebecca and her team at the bar were truly fantastic and I thank them for there efforts.

Had an event last week here, which went very well. They had set up a Christmas section with a tree and lounge, which looked fantastic. Special shout out to the staff, they were amazing, especially in such hot weather. Judy and Bec were absolutely incredible, their customer service is amazing. Food was delicious. Everyone kept commenting how good the food was! Thanks guys, appreciate the effort!
