Had a lovely dinner for our 33rd wedding anniversary - received a complimentary beverage for our anniversary too. Waitress was attentive and lovely; food was delicious and portions very generous - so much so we had to take food home because we couldn't eat it all. Definitely value for money. They sat us in a nice spot too. We will definitely be back!

Reviewed as an Italian restaurant Fitout is pleasant without being amazing and no view of course. Not to boost, tables spaced well apart and table settings nice. Service was great, friendly and attentive staff. We had two waitresses coming by often asking the same question. The youngest / least peopled skilled person was on the desk doing greeting and completing bills. Neither of these things are a biggie but they need to sort that stuff out to get a 5. Good to see Italian wines in the menu, which we enjoyed. Cocktail menu was modest and cocktails were ok if not amazing (if you’re going to do it, do it really well). Now to the hero the food. We had the burrata and the meatballs for entrees, both delicious. The truffle tortellini main was exceptional, sooo yummy. The crab risotto was good. Portion sizes for both were great. Great experiences. If you’re after pasta definitely a go.

Fedele’s East Gosford is definitely on the pricier side, but wow — the food absolutely delivers. I ordered the crab and prawn risotto and it was cooked perfectly, with incredible flavour from the first bite to the last. My partner got the marinara, which I also helped myself to (quality control 😄), and every piece of seafood was cooked spot on and tasted amazing. We also shared the cheesy garlic pizza — could’ve been a bit bigger, but flavour-wise it was still a winner. Special shout-out to the staff: the lady on the phone taking my order was lovely, and everyone at pickup was just as friendly. Food was made quickly too, which is always a bonus. A little pricey, but when everything tastes this good and the service is that nice, it’s hard to complain. Would definitely order again.

Great Italian food, and the servings are generous. The arancinis were particularly tasty with a nice crispy exterior. And good range of reasonably priced wine. Looks like a really popular place so make sure you book.
