Roberts Beach
Roberts Beach is a park in The Entrance. Dog access isn't confirmed, but it may be worth checking.
Dog rules
Central Coast Council's "Guide to being PAWSOME!" booklet states: "When exercising in a public place, keep your dog on a lead and under the control of a competent person." "This means when you are outside your home, including on the footpath, your dog must be on a lead — except in designated dog off-leash exercise areas." The booklet also notes that under the Companion Animals Act 1998, dogs are prohibited from schools, shopping centres, beaches (except in designated areas), food preparation areas, playgrounds and wildlife protection areas. This park is not on Central Coast Council's published off-leash list, so the council's general on-leash rule applies. (Source: Central Coast Council — "Guide to being PAWSOME!" What people say
Nice beach, private. Not patrolled though, and sometimes the trash that escaped the filters from the ocean baths gets there. People smoke and leave cigarettes there. Otherwise, lovely beach with great sound and beauty. Be careful of the rocks! I cannot stress this enough. Also not wheelchair acessable and no dogs
Great for kids and non swimmers as there are many rock pools away from the surf, especially at low tide, it's just like taking a warm bath in them as water is shallow enough to sit in and is sun heated. Showers and toilets only a short walk at the ocean baths. Never busy, it's the closest thing to a private beach that you can get in the area. A secret oasis indeed. Love it.
A beautiful rocky shelf to explore, lots of small shells. Great for kids to practice their snorkelling skills (shallow water).
Beautiful little stretch of coastline that suits everyone with a great mixture of sand and a nice group of rockpools of various sizes and depths leading straight into the ocean
