Woy Woy Peninsula Community Garden is a park in Woy Woy. Dogs are generally allowed on a lead in NSW public parks unless signs say otherwise — but the rules here aren't confirmed, so check local signage before visiting.
This garden is seriously stunning with a huge range of vegetables and fruits. They have products swap every last Sunday of the month as well. I highly recommend visiting this garden and/ or volunteering if you are a garden fan.
I dropped by on a last Sunday of the month produce swap day. Everyone was friendly and welcoming. Tania took us on a tour around the community garden which was really impressive! If you want to join up to help out in the community garden you will need to apply for membership and pay a fee (to cover insurance).
Took my granddaughter, today, I was surprised she rode on all the cars and scooters, spotted the boat, scarecrow, dinosaurs etc cooked me some wooden chips!! A good time was had by all.😃👍
Amazing community garden. So much effort put in and upcycling of trash to become useful elements of the garden. Contribute your time and resources to harvest fruit and veg, but the workers don't mind if you thoughtfully and sparingly gather a few herbs for immediate use. So lovely.
We check council regulations, official sources, and community reviews to verify dog access at every venue. Access may change — always check on-site signage. Something wrong or missing? Submit feedback. How it works.
