Scylla Bay Oval is a park in Como. Dogs are generally allowed on a lead in NSW public parks unless signs say otherwise — but the rules here aren't confirmed, so check local signage before visiting.
Oval is placed in a beautiful spot, however it floods easily during winter. Close to the Como pub and the water. The park just a bit further. Large rugby field and some cricket pitches there. Public toilets always clean with toilet paper and tap is good to drink from.
A beautiful location with a decent toilet block but the ground itself is poorly maintained. Playing U15s cricket, the girls could only bowl from one end, the run up from the other end was dangerous. Lots of bare patches across the field. A bit more council care and it will be a good ground for club cricket.
The Crocs, the Hill and the iconic Como Pub all add to make this place awesome to watch the footy. Be it the junior grades or lazy late Saturday arvos watching A grade, it really is a magic place for local footy!
A very nice park for the footy, tennis and for a picnic near a beautiful water view, a canoe and a como hotel with an awesome pub.
We check council regulations, official sources, and community reviews to verify dog access at every venue. Access may change — always check on-site signage. Something wrong or missing? Submit feedback. How it works.
