A little tired. Rubbish bins attract dumping. A couple of seats in the shade.

Great little reserve that's rarely crowded. Has one swing, one slide with ladder and ropes to climb onto, and two rocking toys. It would be even better with an extra swing for the smaller kiddies who might fall out of an open seat. There's no toilets but there is a tap on the ground you can use to get some water.

Centenary Playground used to be a great place to take the family or friends for a bit of fun in the park but over the years the council has left it in disrepute. As of the day this review is being written, the park is overgrown with weeds and unkept bushes and the equipment is old and rusting. The main swing set chain (that holds the child up) has been rusted since I can remember and never been replaced properly - furthermore the swing itself is quite unstable and the legs have been known to shift slightly while it is in use. On-top of all this, the main (and only!) light has been broken for quite a while now, rendering the park completely pitch black and unsafe past dusk. It would be great to see the park restored to its former glory (or improved) so that the local families in the area can use it once more.

Lovely little park nestle in a side street. Small playground and a couple of seats, but no other facilities. Sit quietly enough and you may catch a glimpse of the kookaburras that sometimes drop by.
