Betty Spears Playground is a dog-friendly park in Dulwich Hill where dogs are welcome on lead. You'll find shaded space nearby, while The Eate Restaurant is around 800 metres away for an easy post-walk drink.
Inner West Council's "Dog exercise areas" page states: "By law, dogs must be on a leash in public places unless the area is a designated off-leash area." This venue is not listed as a designated off-leash area on Inner West Council's Dog exercise areas page. Dogs are not permitted within 10 metres of children's play equipment.
Nice and peaceful when nobody is around especially dogs running loose and 💩💩ing all over the place as No dogs Allowed.
Nice park with clean equipment, feels "green" and away from street with its view on the golf club on one side. It's been renamed "Betty Spear reserve".
ZERO STARS I WAS FEEDING THE BIRDS HERE BUT THE PIGEONS KEPT EATING ALL THE FOOD EVEN THOUGH I WAS TRYING TO FEED THE OTHER BIRDS!! GET BETTER BIRDS
Little Park. Good for a few minutes. Kids can get bored easily. Rarely anyone else there.
We check council regulations, official sources, and community reviews to verify dog access at every venue. Access may change — always check on-site signage. Something wrong or missing? Submit feedback. How it works.
