Daily Dose

What a lovely coffee shop. We were greeted by the proprietor as we entered. He could see from our small packs that we would be walking the Greenway so he suggested a shortcut to the start before offering us the use of the staff toilets and bottles of water. We didn't want anything large so he suggested we share an almond croissant freshly baked along with our coffees. The food was excellent as were the coffees. Just what we needed. As we sat in the window we could see that he greeted his regulars by name, and talked to their dogs, if they had one. This cafe deserves its five star reviews.

We were walking The Greenway trail from the Iron Cove end and visited Daily Dose as a recharge stop at the Cook River end. The service was a real standout- The owners were super friendly and very attentive. The cafe is small and had relaxed outdoor seating opposite Dulwich Station. Coffee was good and the toasted sandwiches were really tasty. Perfect for those doing a ‘there and back’ walk of the Greenway trail. Just cross the bridge in photo and turn left and walk about 500m for a genuinely friendly cafe and recharge.

Yesterday I discovered this cafe after I had checked out Dulwich Hill Plaza landscaping across the road. As it was a very humid day Jeff offered me a glass of iced water before I ordered a very hot latte to takeaway. The coffee was perfect and $4.50. The warm genuine welcome that Jeff and Krittaya gave put a smile on my face and is what great hospitality is about. Recommend.

Soft music, amazing food, and the kind of vibe you want for a slow, relaxing weekend Great coffee and service. We will come back!!!

Excellent service and atmosphere in this cafe. The food and drinks were great and the manager/owner goes out of his way to be hospitable. Recommended.
