Mountain Culture Brewery is housed in the restored Echo building in Katoomba — a striking venue with covered outdoor seating where dogs are welcome. The brewery has around 20 beers on tap and well-regarded food (the frickles — fried pickles — are a local favourite). It's a natural stop on a Blue Mountains day trip with your dog. Katoomba Falls Reserve is around 480 metres away for an off-leash morning session.

Great place, just like our newer breweries back in the states. Something like 20 beers on tap, lots of choices though heavy on the IPAs, beers were very good. Very chill atmosphere and friendly staff. Lots of space. Baby and dog friendly. Food was simple but really hit the spot. They also had cider, wine, and even hard alcohol.

Amazing joint, great beers, good vibes. Really nice place to come and have a beer and dinner in the Blue Mountains, Katoomba region. $9 pints on Monday. Friendly staff and plenty of space. Awesome view from the deck. Will be back for a few more. Highly recommend this place.

We popped in for a quick beer after a lunch elsewhere and couldn't say no to a serve of "Frickles". It was my first go at fried pickles and they were fantastic. As I watched burgers come out to other diners, part of me wished I was having a whole meal there! The bar staff were very helpful re: picking beers that were a)not ones we could regularly get canned, but also b) would make sure that I could still drive home later that afternoon. Lovely beer, great food, and a nice feel as we sat on the back balcony and looked over misty Katoomba. Better yet, there were some great specials on, so I got to take some more beers home with me! I'll definitely be back!

Mountain Culture Brewery was the reason we made the trip from Canberra to Katoomba! We first tried the Status Quo beer at a local pub and loved it so much that we had to visit the brewery for ourselves. The beers were absolutely amazing, with plenty of great options to try, and the atmosphere was relaxed and welcoming. It was well worth the drive, and we’re already looking forward to coming back for more. A must-visit for any beer lover visiting the Blue Mountains!

After a day exploring the Blue Mountains, stopping at Mountain Culture Brewery is a must. The beers are outstanding, with a huge range of styles and plenty of creative options you won’t usually find elsewhere. Everything is full of flavour and clearly made with passion. The atmosphere is relaxed and welcoming, making it the perfect place to unwind after a hike. Don’t forget the darts on Tuesday night, a great extra touch and a lot of fun. If you enjoy craft beer, this spot should definitely be on your list. Highly recommended!
