Only locals seem to come here it’s so quiet and no one around. Was lovely to see the ducks and sit on a park bench and enjoy the place. There are signs about the history but mainly indigenous which isn’t why this lake is here. Would like to see more info about the lake. No toilets.

The best place for chilling and contemplating! Clean, fresh and natural spot that I found in Katoomba.

Great walk around the lake and up the old race track. Takes about half an hour.
