The Carrington Hotel

Great old school ambience, good service, stayed in King George suite, very comfortable and roomy. Lift was quirky. Enclosed guest parking facility was great. Did not try the breakfast buffet. The Grand dining room was great. Like time travel to previous era. Service and food very good. Bank restaurant and bar were also very good dining options.

Wow! What an experience. From the moment we entered the garden driveway we knew we were in for a treat. The impressive steps, the stained glass on the veranda, the dome, the dinning room, the bedroom, the balcony & the hallways with their secret doors to the communal bathrooms. I was in ore of this stunningly beautiful Heritage building. It is a must see & stay. Meals were very good & staff were very nice. Front desk were special people. May the Carrington Katoomba live on forever. God Bless

Thank you for having us at the Carrington this long weekend. We had such a memorable time. Our favourite memories were playing afternoon pool, and cards in the beautiful lounge. The adult cocktails at Champagne Charlies were heavenly. What a beautiful hotel. Thanks to VJ for taking good care of us.

I come here every year for my birthday and to indulge. Best hotel in the Blue Mountains. The food is amazing in the Grand Dining Room. The decor takes you back and cocktails in front of the fireplace is divine.

Had a lovely stay at the Carrington Hotel. The historic charm, beautiful architecture, and convenient location in Katoomba made for a memorable experience. The staff were friendly and the rooms were comfortable. My only downside was the very squeaky floorboards, which woke me up during the night when people walked past. Aside from that, it was a wonderful stay and I’d happily return.
