Had the lamb wrap and lamb salad. Wrap was very good Salad was high leaf content and not enough of the other stuff. Service took over 20 minutes and arrived in takeaway box although we were eating in. Toilets very smelly
I visited this café recently and, while the coffee was just okay, the hygiene standards were honestly shocking. When I went to use the bathroom, the toilet was overflowing with brown water right up to the rim, with a large piece of feces still floating inside. The smell was overwhelming. The door had black grime all over it, and to make things worse, it was left wide open, meaning the odor spread straight toward the area where food and coffee were being prepared. Seeing a bathroom in that condition right next to the kitchen was extremely concerning and completely unacceptable for any place serving food.
I’m a delivery driver and had a massive amount of deliveries on the scorching 42 degree day. It was one of the toughest days ever and I was thinking of quitting but the nice people at Pure Bronte offered me a free drink and they were the only ones kind and generous enough to do this. It meant so much to me and it was such a lovely gesture that made my day better. Thank you very much.
I came here with my two kids And the lady at the counter was awful!!!! She was very judging when she was looking at us, When customer come at your cafe and pay for anything you have to be nice this is Called education! She may be forgot we are helping each other. She must offer service And we have to pay for it. Please, next time make sure to tell her otherwise you’re gonna lose more clients. The man at the counter Was a bit better, but very dirty.
Unexpectedly good considering the current score. We stopped here for a quick lunch and were amazed at how good the food is. Everything from salt and pepper calamari, to the seafood mix was great. Little grilled baby octopus was the highlight, but their fish and chips are also really good. The Greek salad was seasoned perfectly. Highly recommend. Highly recommend
