Jenny's Cafe is a cafe in Bronte with an outdoor area. Dog access isn't confirmed, but venues with an outdoor area are often dog friendly, so it may be worth checking. Just 500m away, Hewlett Street Park is a great nearby park for a walk with your dog.
Jenny’s Cafe at Brontë Beach is a great spot for classic fish and chips. After walking up and down the street of eateries, I decided on this place when I saw the generous plates being served to other customers. The fish was fresh, with a light coating of batter that wasn’t too thick, and the portion was generous. The chips were crisp and well-fried without being soggy. Best of all, you can sit alfresco by the pavement and enjoy views of the ocean while you eat – a perfect beachside experience.
Basic but tasty fish and chips. Crispy and not greasy. Excellent chicken schnitzel wrap and tasty smoothies.
Waited 25 minutes for 3 burgers - 2 beef/cheese and one chicken (no one else was in the shop). They made a mistake on one order, which they corrected. The food was very disappointing. The meat was dry, has missing ingredients (lettuce e.t.c). Chips were nice but an extra $4 for a handful. Don't know how they're charging $20 for such sub standard burgers. Would not recommend.
My partner and I had lunch at Jenny’s Café in Bronte today and really enjoyed it. We ordered the fish and chips and a wrap, both were fresh and tasty. The place has a relaxed, beachside feel with great views, and the staff were friendly and efficient. It’s a nice casual spot to sit back, enjoy the view, and grab a simple, good meal.
I got the brekky wrap with chips and it was so delicious. Also coffee hits the spot. Will definitely be back when I’m in Bronte
