A Man and his Monkey Cafe

We’ve been coming here for years and Eli, Tom, Jimmy, and the rest of the team have always been incredibly friendly and welcoming. The food is always delicious (can recommend the sandwiches in the cabinet, plus the ottoman eggs, hummus plate and arayes), and they make a perfect coffee every time. What’s made us love this place even more is seeing how kind and genuine they’ve been since we’ve had kids. They always go out of their way to make families feel welcome, and those little moments of kindness never go unnoticed. Such a great local spot with an amazing team — highly recommend!

This was a wonderful cafe we luckily stumbled across while visiting from Newcastle. It has been a long time since I’ve experienced so much flavour in food while dining out. 10/10 recommend and definitely will be going out of my way to go back.

Casual and lovely. I like it because they probably don't know themselves but some of their dishes are Keto friendly and that is good for me. Also the chai blend is beautiful. And everyone is super friendly and helpful. I actually recomend this place a lot to my friends.

Seriously the best weekend option! The Smash Avo was sensational and so fresh. And the Shakshuka? Absolutely traditional and delicious, you can tell they take pride in it. Plus, the coffee is genuinely amazing. Loved every bite and sip.
