Free WiFi, tasty food and great service! If only more cafes were like that. I came in with 2 kids and they were quick to serve us and allowed us to sit even after we've finished eating. BLT on Turkish was delicious. Kids meals were affordable and wide ranged. Outdoor seating available too. Will definitely be back!

Food is 10/10. The owner and staff is lovely. This cafe will cure your depression.

One of our favourite places to get coffee in Randwick! Staff are so friendly and go above and beyond to make you feel welcome - great service and such good quality coffee at a very reasonable price. Definitely worth stopping in here - will be back!

I moved into an apartment on Alison Rd in May 2024 and quickly fell in love with 169 Cafe. The coffee is genuinely the best I’ve had in Australia (and I’ve tried a lot!), and the Irish fry and jumbo roll transport me straight back home as Dee uses real Irish produce, and you can taste the difference. 😍 Dee is incredibly passionate about what she does, and you can feel the love she puts into every meal and every cup of coffee. She’s warm, welcoming, and attentive to everyone who walks through the door, always taking the time to get to know her customers. I can confidently say you’ll fall in love with the atmosphere, the food, and—most of all—the amazing service that Dee provides. For all of us Irish living in Sydney, it’s a little slice of home. 🥰

Yes the food is amazing, yes the coffee is perfect but what really makes this place is the service from Dee. She goes above and beyond to make you feel welcomed and comfortable - I don’t think you will find better service in any other eastern suburbs cafe. I mean that. Check this place out if you need a pick me up of the soul!
