Honkas Bar + Eats is a bar in Potts Point with an outdoor area. Dog access isn't confirmed, but venues with an outdoor area are often dog friendly, so it may be worth checking. Just 150m away, Fitzroy Gardens is a great nearby park for a walk with your dog.

Came here for a cocktail making class with dinner included. The class was super fun, highly recommended! We made two cocktails and the staff made the experience entertaining The food was okay, the tacos were flavoursome but nothing else really stood out. The place is dog friendly which is a plus

We went here in a HOT summer weather. Just to remind you, it’s an open air restaurant but it’s hot in a HOTTTTT day means no AC. Food was quite good! we didn’t really like pesto pasta but the rest are fine. The service is superb tho 🫵🏻💕

Nice restaurant and bar. It was not very busy but there were people having cocktail and dumpling making class. We came here for dumplings as a lot of good reviews on Google. Food was ok but the dumplings were very salty. Both pork and prawns dumplings and Mushroom vegetables dumplings were way too much salt/soy sauce. The pistachio and cranberry dip was good. The broccoli salad is sweet.

I went to Honkas for a dumpling and cocktail-making class, and it was great! Dan was fantastic at both the cocktail and dumpling classes, keeping things simple and super entertaining, great energy! You get to eat everything you make, which is a bonus. You’re always busy with your hands, so it was super relaxing. Plus, their space is super cosy and centrally located in Potts Point. I’d definitely recommend it! 😊

Came for the dumpling & cocktail making class with work and we all had a good time :) Cocktails were easy to make while still being tasty The dumpling making session was well-instructed and engaging. They were promptly taken to the kitchen when we were done, then served in a variety of ways (steamed, boiled, pan-fried & deep-fried). While they weren’t the greatest dumplings, it was nice to make and enjoy them together. Overall, we had lot of fun and the organisation was smooth. Would recommend for work events!
