Located at 8 The Esplanade, Mosman, New South Wales, Australia 🇦🇺. This is a beautiful part of the harbour, so picturesque and well preserved. A great walking track around the water . There’s a lot of grass for you to picnic and it’s dog friendly. You can swim in the Baths which are great and there’s nice restaurants to dine at. The toilet facilities are good and there’s take away shops to get some food if you don’t want to dine in. It’s very wheelchair friendly and the parking is great too. Would definitely recommend a visit here. Thumbs up!

After seeing too many mountains in Nepal one just falls in love with the beaches of Australia. Balmoral Reserve is a stunning natural retreat known for its beautiful scenery and serene atmosphere. The reserve boasts great walking paths that meander through a landscape dotted with majestic old trees, including fig, magnolia, plumeria, and lagunaria species. These trees provide a picturesque backdrop and a haven for nature lovers. The area is popular for its pristine waters, offering opportunities for swimming, surfing, and snorkeling. Visitors can enjoy exploring the underwater world or simply relax by the shore. Nearby, you’ll find shops that sell unique souvenirs, making it easy to take a piece of this paradise home. Perfect for outdoor enthusiasts, Balmoral Reserve is a peaceful escape where nature and leisure come together beautifully.

Beautiful spot to take a walk and relax with family. Decent food options along the beach but you will need to make a reservation for restaurants.

Balmoral Reserve is the set up base for the annual Balmoral Burn Charity Event where the start is at the bottom of nearby Awaba Street with the finish line about 400m up the massive hill. Great atmosphere and congratulations on the local community putting a well run event.
