2 Blondes Cafe

Located in an arcade off Macquarie rd in Springwood, it would be easy to overlook this quaint little cafe. The small indoor dining area is supplemented by additional chairs and tables in the arcade. Their avo smash is quite a big serving which features two toasted slices of sourdough with feta, salad and cooked tomatoes. It was a perfectly adequate dish and also good value at $19. The indoor dining area is by no means a quiet setting with raised voices (especially from the staff) straining to be heard over the clamour from the kichen and background radio, so if you seeking a peaceful retreat I would suggest sitting at a table in the arcade.

I had the zucchini fritters with the salad and they were amazing 🤩 the service it's really friendly and salda very fresh. Lovely ladies 😉 I will be back and I highly recommend.

Friend recommended this place for coffee. Was amazing. I had bacon on Turkish bread with was tomato relish. Best in the mountains. You can see food being cooked which is always a good sign. Staff super friendly , chattty and don't rush you. Lots of regulars , again good sign . Great menu and coffee was delicious. Will most definitely be back and can highly recommend it.

Lovely food and wonderful staff, with two different members making sure I knew the toastie wasn't celiac (which was fine as I'm gluten intolerant). I'm afraid I took a bite out of it before this review because it smelt so good. The cafe is down an alley so it may be a little bit of a squeeze for big groups but they managed to fit our group of eleven over three tables.

Stopped on our way to blue mountains for a quick coffee break. Super cappuccino, walnut & blueberry muffin and sconces with clotted cream and jam!
