Council-designated off-leash area at Huskisson Beach (Shoalhaven MIN23.740). Seasonal time-restricted off-leash stretch (MIN23.740). October–April: off-leash 4pm–8am (on-leash 8am–4pm); May–September: off-leash 3pm–10am (on-leash 10am–3pm).

What people say
Great beach to bring dogs. Off leash times are specific though. There's rock area with rock pool for dogs too that's not too wavy. Lots of free street parking, public toilets near by. Nice walk / bike ride path options to do also. Only thing is it can get very windy though so check the weather and wind forecast.

It was absolutely wild when we were there. Beautiful but no wonder so many ships get tossed on the shore. So lovely to see the power.
Jervis Bay is absolutely stunning — crystal-clear water, perfect beaches, and a really peaceful atmosphere. Huskison is a great base with easy access to the bay and plenty of spots to relax by the water. Booderee National Park is incredible too, with quieter beaches and beautiful bush tracks leading to some of the clearest water you’ll ever see. Such a memorable and genuinely beautiful part of the NSW coast.
Huskisson Beach, one of the many beautiful beaches at Jervis Bay. Well situated, and near a camper-van site that is within walking distance. Clear and blue waters, pristine and fine white sand, good beach to drop by.
