Kiama Beach Walk is a top-rated dog-friendly park where dogs are welcome on lead. Fillmore’s is also around 300 metres away for a post-walk coffee.
Dog rules
Dogs must be kept on-leash and are only permitted on perimeter footpaths of public parks within the Kiama Municipal Council area. Dogs are not permitted in park interiors. Dogs are not permitted on beaches unless within a designated off-leash beach area, in Minnamurra River water areas, or in Crooked River. Dogs are not permitted within 10 metres of children's playgrounds or food preparation/consumption areas, or on active sports fields during organised sport. Kiama Beach offers a relaxing coastal experience with beautiful views and a clean shoreline. The highlight is the rockpool, which is well-maintained and perfect for a refreshing swim. It’s a great spot for families, with safe areas to explore and enjoy. Highly recommended for a laid-back day by the sea!

The area in and around Kiama is known for its beaches, blowholes, volcanic rock formations and scenic stretches of coastal walks. The Kiama Lighthouse was built in 1187 and is located at Blowhole Point.
