Sage Cafe Maitland

The food here is very high quality. The owner was kind and happy to show me the ingredients going into my mango smoothie - frozen mango, high quality commercial mango pulp from real fruit, and coconut water. His wife bakes the banana bread, carrot bread and blueberry bread. The prices are very reasonable and the serving sizes generous. We are lucky to have such good quality food available prepared with love and care. Please support Sage cafe, it's really only 2 mins walk from the mall, with council parking directly opposite.

all round excellent, always super cheap. super filling (and exceptional food) for less than $20. The family that runs it are fantastic as well, very good spot. My only gripe is the advertising for this place can be far better, I believe they're missing out on good business with the lack thereof but otherwise give this place a big hit.

Such a lovely, quiet, place. The older gentleman who served me was very friendly, and while I only got an iced coffee, it was delicious! Good prices, good service, AMAZING staff. That coffee was the hilight of my day

Great customer service, awesome food, so good I forgot to take a photo of the breakfast. The Korean Fried Chicken is amazing, I had to order more to take away. And the coffee is perfect, strong without being bitter!

Netty. Was. Here. I am sooooo impressed with this little cafe. Tucked away where the regulars ponder their early mornings. I hooked into a big and very affordable breakfast and coffee. I had the savoury mince as a takeaway few days ago, then came back for it again. So flavourful I hope this never disappears from the menu. Coz I’ll keep coming back for it! $14 with a fried egg the thick cut toast, oozy egg and good ol savoury mince! Simply Perfection!
