I recently visited Against the Grind Café and had a really great experience. The coffee was excellent—rich, smooth, and made just right. You can tell they care about quality. For breakfast, I tried their menu and everything was fresh, well-presented, and full of flavour. The portions were generous and perfect to start the day. The atmosphere was relaxed and welcoming, which made it a nice place to sit and enjoy the morning. The staff were friendly and provided quick service, even though it was a bit busy. Overall, it’s a great spot for both coffee and breakfast. I’d definitely recommend it and will be coming back again.
I went there for lunch today (having been there many times and always enjoying the food) and ordered the pumpkin salad, adding a chicken schnitzel to it as well. I have to say it was the most delicious salad I’ve ever had. Fresh, light and so yum. I’m not even exaggerating. The service was on point as well - attentive and helpful. Definitely my new favourite.
This has been my favourite café in Neutral Bay for over a year now! The coffee is always excellent and the service is amazing. The staff are incredibly friendly, especially Luis and Robert, who always make me feel welcome and brighten my day with their service.
Great spot for brekkie. Food was delicious and used quality ingredients eg the ham and cheese croissant was crispy and fresh and had plenty of fresh shaved ham. Coffee and frappes were also great, our table had the strawberry and mint as well as the watermelon one and both were good. Great atmosphere, nice spacious seating area and good service. Will definitely go again 👌🏻
What a wonderful spot for delicious food and a great atmosphere. The coffee, mortadella slider and crab omelette were delicious and fresh. Ordered a roll for takeaway and it was good for hours after. The service was also excellent - the server remembered us the next day and was really sweet.
