Quibaree Park
Quibaree Park is a small waterside park at Lavender Bay with toilets and a relaxed harbour outlook. In keeping with North Sydney's parks, dogs are welcome off-leash, with dogs kept on-leash in any bushland. It is a pleasant, quiet spot for a run near the water. A handy off-leash park by the harbour.
Dog rules
North Sydney is a dog-friendly area and all Council parks and public reserves are off-leash areas, except for bushland areas, playing fields when organised sporting events are in progress, and venues where dogs are not allowed. Dogs must be under effective control at all times. (Source: North Sydney Council — northsydney.nsw.gov.au)

What people say
A great local park with community services. A quiet harbour side park most of the year. A great family location for NYE firework show. Tight security and high police presence make it a safe location. Toilets, dumplings, gozleme and ice cream stand to complement.
With the waves nearby I thought it would be excellent to strum my seafoam green Fender stratocaster along with the small waves crashing on the tiny beach. I wasn't wrong! On one of the edges of Sydney Harbour you will find small beaches tucked away. This one is perfect for dogs to take a dip in. The view of the bridge. Brilliant!
Lovely spot to set up.for a Glam up picnic outdoor, Beautiful view of the Harbour Bridge..
📷Probably one of the best view in Sydney if not the best, picturess place with views of the Harbour Bridge Luna Park Marina and the surrounding Skyline, with grassed areas to sit and have a picnic and enjoy the wonderful views, doesn't get much then this, it's absolutely photographers dream.📸
