Beautiful spit on the Parramatta River with spectacular 310 degree views including the iconic Sydney Harbour Bridge. Lots of grass area and shade making it a perfect destination for family picnics or to just relax and enjoy the water views. One of the more popular vantage points for the Sydney New Years fireworks displays, but you would need to get there super early and probably would be required to pay by now…

Peaceful and quiet. There were two people fishing.

Fantastic place to enjoy Sydney Harbour. Catch the ferry, it’s only a 30 second walk to the park. Views are spectacular. Don’t bother driving, Catch the ferry instead. 15 minute walk away from Birchgrove Oval, Tennis courts and coffee shop. A 35 minute walk to Balmain ferry, and catch the ferry home.

Absolutely beautiful place with beautiful view of the harbour bridge and the city. I found out that it is one of the best places around the city to witness Australia's great new year's eve fireworks show . It's like a hidden gem. So relaxing and amazing place. Also it's a good fishing spot.

This is a very nice park to relax and enjoy the beautiful views of the Sydney Harbour Bridge and the city. There are a lot of nice vantage points to see the Bridge and view the city from all around the park. It is a small park but it quite liked it. Loved it here and the Birchgrove wharf is located here too.
