The Harbour Steps off-leash area is the dedicated dog area within Rushcutters Bay Park, on the harbour side of the park with lovely views over the boats and water. Dogs are allowed off-leash here at all times under effective control, kept clear of playgrounds and sports courts. It is a favourite with local dogs for a run by the water. Great park - lots of dogs and a great view of the harbour and boats. Great for a run or walk along the harbour. Also can hire boats and kayaks to explore a bit more

Great views of the city skyline including the harbour bridge and Centrepoint Tower, it's a perfect place for photography or exercise with lots of green areas for sports and plenty park benches to sit down at ideal vantage points it's one of the must sees in Sydney.
