The Harbour Steps off-leash area is the dedicated dog area within Rushcutters Bay Park, on the harbour side of the park with lovely views over the boats and water. Dogs are allowed off-leash here at all times under effective control, kept clear of playgrounds and sports courts. It is a favourite with local dogs for a run by the water. A dedicated off-leash spot in a scenic harbourside park.

This is a designated off-leash park in the City of Sydney. Dogs may be exercised off-leash here at all times, but must remain under effective control. Dogs are prohibited from playgrounds, sports courts, and enclosed sports ovals within or adjacent to this park. Great views of the city skyline including the harbour bridge and Centrepoint Tower, it's a perfect place for photography or exercise with lots of green areas for sports and plenty park benches to sit down at ideal vantage points it's one of the must sees in Sydney.
