Omg!! How have I only just found out about this place?? We came on a week day and it was super busy. Goodness knows how it is on the weekends. It is tucked away beside the cafe, and it does have some tables and chairs. But if they are all taken there is plenty of shaded grassed areas or nearby bench seating. Otherwise just sit on the beach and enjoy! Prices are very reasonable and serving sizes very generous. Best fish & chips I have had in a long while. The house-made potato scallops first class too.

Great location. Consistent quality seafood. Battered, crumbed, fried, grilled — all pretty good. Normal fish, barramundi, salmon — all fresh and good. Super busy, yet they still pushed food out quickly. Prices are OK for the quality and location. Probably the best chips I’ve ever had from a seafood place — square-cut, steak-fries style. Outstanding. Now my gripe — to the owners , please take this on board. We spent over $200 on seafood. The business is clearly doing well. Yet they still charged $2.65 for a small tub of their “homemade” tartare and $2.10 for tomato sauce. Give me a break. After spending $200+, and having spent plenty here before, they couldn’t throw in one tub of sauce that probably costs cents to make. I raised it with the young staff member (place seems fully run by teenagers / young adults, probably on minimum wage). He apologised and said he couldn’t provide a free sauce. When I pushed again, he offered to speak to the manager, but by then I just paid and asked him to suggest management read this review. There’s profit, and then there’s profiteering. Charging for sauce on a $200+ order feels like they do it coz they know they can get away with it ! So if you’re the owner reading this — please look after your customers. You already do great food. Don’t lose goodwill over a $2 tub of sauce. Small gestures matter for loyal customers

Honestly the best fish and chips we've ever had by the beach. Generous portions. My guys got chips whilst i opted for salad. Salad was impressive with red onion, olives, feta, cucumber and generous portion of tomatos. A lovely dressing too. As many reviews state the potato scallops to die for. My son said calamari was excellent. My grilled barramundi cooked to perfection. Will definitely become a regular.

A must try!! The portion sizes are of great value. The quality and taste of the food just another level up from other seafood shops and the homemade sauces… just wow! Sit back, relax and enjoy a meal by the beach.
