Came with a small group of friends. Parking nearby was easy to find. Food came out relatively quickly and at the same time. The aesthetic of this place is amazing! And the food did not disappoint. I ordered the avo on toast ($21.90) and it came with two poached eggs with delicious crispy sweet potato ontop which is something I had not tried before. There was also pomegranate sprinkled over it and healthy amount of cheese given. I ate it all! The staff were lovely and attentive; asking us if we were ready to order, checking in on us, taking away finished dishes. I also ordered the green juice for $10 which was ok. I was tempted by the matcha but saw the price starting at $12 and thought to pass. There was card surcharge.
Have been here a couple of times now. The staff are lovely and very accommodating. First time I had schnitty sanga was good, chicken was juicy and crumbing was spot on. Today I had the beef Burger and it was delicious. The chips where cooked to perfection crispy outside soft in the middle, perfect. The burger was bigger than expected and was very juicy and all flavours were complimentary. Happy to recommend the burger for sure and the coffee is also spot on as well, if your a fan of a mildly stronger blend it is good 👍
It had such a good vibe! We had my birthday there, and the staff were awesome — they worked with my friends to pull off the surprise perfectly. The whole place has a great atmosphere, really pretty and perfect for photos. The food was great and beautifully presented. I wasn’t a fan of the strawberry shake, but everything else, including the coffee, was spot on and came with really nice art.
I’ve been coming to this café for the past eight years and have always had a wonderful experience, the food, the coffee, and the warm atmosphere have made it one of my favorite spots. However, I was quite disappointed with my this morning visit. I ordered two coffees and an almond croissant this morning, and what was served was far below the usual standard. I even bought the croissant for a friend, and when she sent me a picture of it, I felt genuinely embarrassed, this is not the quality I’ve come to expect from this place. I’m sharing this feedback with the owners in the hope that the service and quality can return to what they once were. I live just around the corner and visit almost every weekend, and I truly hope to see the café back to the wonderful place it has always been. Thanks guys
Had a great experience here! It seems like a lovely family-run place. Bit hidden, but definitely worth finding. The ambience was warm and welcoming, and the food was delicious. My wife and I visited on a date night, and even though it was a bit busy, the service and overall vibe were fantastic. Highly recommend!
